Return & Refund Policy

We accept return or exchange requests within 3 days from the date of delivery provided that the item is in original condition with tags intact. Items damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

Condition Requirements

• Original tags must be attached and not broken or removed.
• No signs of wear, odor, stains, or damage caused after delivery.
• Only if damaged and Incorrect product delivered. Unboxing Video is mandatory.

Refunds

Upon approval, your refund will be initiated and the amount will be reflected in your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacement/Exchange

Replacement/Exchange items will be delivered within 7 days of receiving and verifying the returned product at our warehouse, subject to quality check.
